Today, I am thankful I have a job, and I have a chance to make a difference in my workplace. I will be thankful for customers who appreciate my extra effort because their responses keep me excited to do better and do more for them the next time.

Friday, October 16th, 2009Today, I am thankful for employees who do more than just show up for work. Today, I will remember to catch my employees doing something great and applaud them for it – because everyone likes to be noticed and appreciated. Today, I will appreciate my employee, and start a habit of regularly appreciating their contribution, innovation and effort.

Today I am thankful for the kindness strangers showed me in stores, on the road, at the hotels; and that there are great people everywhere if you take the time to notice them. I choose to look for and find the good, not the bad. And I found it. Thanks.
